DELIVERY INFO

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

During the busy Christmas season please allow 3-5 days for orders to be dispatched.

Orders to UK mainland qualify for FREE Royal Mail 2nd class postage unless an upgrade is purchased.

If an upgrade is purchased, the order will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

Certain items may be dispatched via a courier. Details and tracking (if applicable) will be provided where necessary.

International

International orders are dispatched Royal Mail International Standard (no tracking) unless an upgrade is purchased.

Please note that we cannot track your purchase unless a tracking upgrade is purchased at checkout.

RETURNS

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Because of the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
